Inside the film
In Kirke Såby near Lejre, Molly visits Pølse Mageren. This small family business makes organic sausages using natural casings and careful smoking. Traditional recipes meet variations with ingredients including cheese, duck and chilli.
The film gives time to practical production and a craft passed on within a family. Go behind a Danish food product most people know from the counter, but rarely see being made.
