When you send your story
We process your name, business or artist name, email, town or city, story and optional link. Molly uses these details to review and reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible film. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling voluntary editorial enquiries, GDPR Article 6(1)(f). We do not subscribe you to marketing or publish your application. Any filming is arranged separately.
Retention
Enquiries are emailed to Molly and stored privately outside the public website directory, so a mail fault does not lose your story. Details are retained while Molly reviews the story and follows up on the enquiry. Once the enquiry is closed, continued retention is assessed against any collaboration, documentation needs and legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time. You are not subscribed to marketing.
Spam protection and necessary cookies
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded when you activate the form. Cloudflare processes technical browser and connection information to prevent abuse. We validate the response on our server and use a necessary session cookie to secure the form. Hashed rate limits protect against repeated attempts within a one-hour window. The rate-limit records do not store your IP address in plain text. The legal basis is legitimate interest in protecting the service, Article 6(1)(f). Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
YouTube films
Preview images are served from our own server. The player only connects to YouTube/Google when you press play. We use youtube-nocookie.com. Playback may involve Google processing your IP address and device information and using cookies or other storage. Your click loads the player; you can choose not to play the film. Hosting and external services
Hostinger hosts the website and processes necessary server logs, including IP address, time and requested URL. Cloudflare provides form protection. Email is handled by our mail provider. Services may process data outside the EU/EEA using the applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. We do not use advertising tracking or analytics cookies on this website.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where the conditions apply, you have a right to data portability. Contact Molly. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
