Friis‑Holm Chokolade

Inside the film

Chocolate begins long before its glossy surface and its first snap. At Friis-Holm Chokolade, we get close to sorting, roasting and processing cocoa beans. The visit also follows conching, tempering, moulding and wrapping.

The film gives time to the work between raw ingredient and finished product. Small steps and precise decisions take centre stage. For chocolate enthusiasts, food lovers and anyone who wants to see how bean-to-bar chocolate is made in a Danish production space.

Idea, filming and production: Molly Marina / Hedonist Photo.

A workshop. A kitchen. A wild idea that actually became something. A large business or one person with a story to tell. We would love to look inside.
