Molly visits Karin Sloth and her family’s mead production at Snoremark. This first part of the visit follows the farm’s bees and the bottling of apple mead.
Honey, apples, herbs and fruit are part of Snoremark’s work with mead. The film connects ingredients, production and the place near Roskilde Fjord. An unhurried look at a Danish drinks tradition and the daily work behind the bottles.
